Office working hours is 2:30 to 11:30, Alternate Saturday working, Project manager are Unprofessional they will not talk in professional manner with TL and TM,s. Project manager decides the timeline of the project without asking to TL and TM,s and put pressure according and always ask to stay late and come early.

Cab facility. Every six month appraisal of 3k-5k. Good Workplace. Good for fresher and jobless.

No Job security. Instant termination. They can terminate you immediately by saying your verification failed when you are on bench and your probation period is not over. 3 months Notice period if you leave the company. Very less fixed part and huge CTC. Alternate Saturday working. Odd shift(2:30pm-11:30pm). They wants you strictly at 2pm when you are coming by cab. Avoid office party, it may deduct your salary. They are giving Job security. Your job secure on the basis of your project perform. Then are not giving any festival holiday like as Diwali, Holi.., company have alternate Saturday policy.

I have worked with some great people here both professionally and personally. There's no politics. You get recognition for your good work. Direct client interactions are good.

They would ask you to apply leave at least 1 week in advance but will never approve it in advance. And chances are that they might get disapproved anytime. Also more you work lesser the chances to get leaves. Even though they'll praise you for your work but it never reflects in your paycheck. Performance review is just a formality</mark>. It's just a routine work for HRs. PM mostly are inefficient. They delegate responsibilities to TLs. TLs in turn put pressure on TMs. Both have excuse that they are handling multiple projects. No wonder projects frequently gets marked as red. And all blame is on TL and TMs. Now they get punished by asking to do late nights. If you cant make it to cab let's say at sharp 2am because PM forced you to fix issues on the same night. Wait till morning to find Ola or Uber. But HRs are pretty efficient here at marking you as wearing semi-formals on formals day. And it will go in your performance review....Read More
