Worst employe related policy Worst infrastructure feels like old govt. office where there are lack of basic amenities such as water, good food and comfort Zero appreciation of work- though u work for 10 to 11 hrs each day u will not get any reward or credit of work No appraisal- from last two years of my experience is like peanuts ( after getting promotions) whenever u will ask why I get such a less appraisal you will get answer like target complete nahi hua, budget nahi h etc. They will feel u like employees are liabilities to the company No standard policies, HR are the most dumb and powerless people. Tremendous work pressure and no work life balance. No team parties some time u r boss will say I will go lunch ( invites u) will say Mera to khana ho gaya aap kha lo aur bina pause ka hi chaala jayega. Nothing to like, the management is a blunder, Admin head is 0 if rated in terms of Integrity. POSH is nothing for the Admin head.
