Management staff doesn't stay on their words at the time of appraisal. Too much politics in the company at senior level. Director is very much miser. OT is not given to non ot staffs. Too much pressure. Employees are very much exploit and given them too much responsibility

COMING TO ANY DEPARTMENT ALL OF THEM HAVE ATTITUDE LIKE THEY OWN THE COMPANY ITSELF. IF YOU COMPLAINT ABOUT THE MANAGER'S TO HIGHER AUTHORITY. THEY WILL ALWAYS TAKE THE MANAGER SIDE AND WILL TERMINATE YOU BY SAYING YOUR PERFORMANCE IS WEAK IN WORK. EVEN IF YOUR PERFORMANCE IS GOOD AND YOU JUST SAID NO TO WAIT ONCE.
