I'm not happy with salary and benefits. For experience people they will pay but not who joined as freshers.

Internal politics are more in management Don't listen to member concerns If member does not adhere to their words, they will screw the member. Promotions and appraisal are given to their own favourite people No onsite positions even though you have been with comany for couple of decades

Top level manangment behave like cheaters .I worked total 6 years .Last year I got an offer of 28 LPA ,I put down my papaers ,later CGI agreed to offer 26L .So withdeawn my papers .After withdrawn they made it 22.65 L and they told market situvation is not good.The heigher manangment grown by eating others compensations

You won't feel like working for an IT company rather you will feel like you are working for a Marketing company. Always there will be pressure to complete the things, they won't consider the work life balance, 12 hours a day you need to work 365days in a year. Most of the people working in CGI are 10+years in same company so they don't respect you, they don't have any work culture. CSR activities go really great. Good Internal learning opportunities.

Dislikes

Some managers and directors behave very rudely towards their employees. High consideration towards client but not towards employees. Employees gets mapped to entirely different skill set project without or with very less employee consideration. Very less hikes irrespective of the efforts the employee puts.

Shift allowance is something we appreciate. Working as a team culture is good. Members are cooperative, supportive and friendly.

Compensation Culture where no additional benefits for working weekends or no additional payments for more than 5 days a week work or additional hours.

They provide cab facility and free meal which are extra. You can learn different skill through their Academia portal (Similar to Udemy).

The management sucks here, they only need "Yes Man" here. Low appraisal and less perks.

Learning and development. Moving employees to different team with zero knowledge opportunity for everyone, even if they don't deserve it. Freshers gets trained on a subject for 6 months then put into production whatever skill sets they develop in 6 months of training
