Hi teammate, We try our best to give the best-in-class appraisals based on the performance of an individual and there have been instances of hikes going as high as 30% for the top performers. However, the bond exists because we invest into an intern's learning and growth for over two years to finally make them billable. However, we hear you totally and we would work towards improving this as we grow. Thanks again for the feedback. We appreciate it.

Hi, thank you for the feedback. However, we would like to understand what according to you are the illegal practices as we sense some misunderstanding here. We are fully compliant and well audited an organization for over 20 years now. Any deductions are as per government policy and compliances. We also inform the employees well in advance about the CTC break-up on their offers. We would love to understand if we made a mistake at any point so that we could fix it.
