Being a salesforce partner, we get good exposure on salesforce technology, small company and events are good. unique looks of office.

Preference to senior management, Nobody cares about others, Parking is only allocated to senior management that too top 8 people, even though those 8 people follow hybrid and their parking spots are empty still they don't allow others to use that spot. HR is rude and thinks they are the everything, projects are less so you have to be on bench for 3-4 months on average. Extremely biased company, recently they added a policy that only senior management will get parking space, hence only top 10 people are able to get parking space, every decision is taken to benefit the senior management, Senior management takes work from home whenever they want but does not allow others even in serious situation.

Lack of projects, long bench duration, No parking space for lower designation as they have parking only for higher designation, Management is not open to feedback, they force employees to put good reviews in ambitionbox and glassdoor
