Likes

Hire and Fire culture. They just take you for temporary requirement and will either make you sit on bench or fire. Clients are good but work culture of CES is horrible, No work life balance, no proper policies in place, No employee empowerment. Not a single team outing in my entire service. Top management is good and have vision but project level management is too bad.

Dislikes

Limited and short term projects, No employee friendly policies, Technical managers are too bad, Horrible work life balance. No outings.Not even a single. There is a HR team but for the name sake. They even don’t do their basic tasks.
