Expertise Required:

• Core Development Skills: Proficient in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Theme and Plugin Customization: Tailoring WordPress themes and plugins to specific needs.
• Custom Functionality: Developing unique features for WordPress sites.
• Database Management: Efficient handling and optimization of WordPress databases using MySQL.
• API and Tools Integration: Implementing and maintaining integrations with third-party APIs and tools.
• Responsive Web Design: Crafting responsive layouts using front-end frameworks.
• Design Implementation: Incorporating graphic design elements into the website interface.
• Collaborative Development: Utilizing GitHub for collaborative coding and version control.

Industry Experience:

• Preferably experienced in creating and managing WordPress B2C websites in industries such as real estate, etc.
• Skilled in adapting websites to meet the specific needs of these sectors.

Expertise and Experience:

In addition to the aforementioned skills and responsibilities, candidates must provide verifiable testimonials, references, or case studies demonstrating their proficiency and accomplishments in the listed areas. This includes:

• Portfolio of Completed Projects: A comprehensive portfolio showcasing a range of WordPress websites, particularly in the B2C platforms. The portfolio should illustrate the candidate's direct involvement in the projects, highlighting their role and the specific challenges they addressed.
• Client Testimonials and References: Written or video testimonials from previous clients or employers attesting to the candidates technical skills, work ethic, and contributions to project success. Contact information for references may be requested for follow-up.
• Certifications and Awards: Any relevant certifications, courses completed, or awards received that further validate the candidate's expertise in WordPress development and related fields.
• Candidates should be prepared to discuss these materials during the interview process, offering insights into their technical approaches, collaboration with team members, and how they overcame specific challenges.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Relevant technical certifications or coursework may be considered in lieu of a degree for exceptional candidates.
• Experience: Minimum of 4-9 years of practical experience in WordPress development, including theme and plugin customization, database management, and front-end and back-end development. Experience in the specific industries like real estate, etc., is a plus.
