Company is good in terms of the technology it is working on. Provides decent compensation wrt its peers but since it is a new company much of the process is not in place. Management is cordial and believes in people's well being

Dislikes

Could have been more streamlined processes although much of it is in place like work from policy etc atleast of people working in process end.

Work Details

The overall job experience has been quite good. Was part of the pilot project who received knowledge from the team in UK. They had great experience and had the opportunity to impart training HR should ensure better people are hired.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
