Honestly speaking, if you just want to get job anywhere you can join CDAC otherwise if u belive urself to be engineer then dont waste your career. There is popular saying in Pune if no other companies is hiring candidate CDAC will surely hire them.

If you are Joining as PA than it is best to not join. Both PA and PE do same work. But treatment PA get is not good. Also there is no proper procedure do the work in company. They still not use basic project management tools. Also appraisal only depends on your presentation skills it is not depend on you work. 1. Work life balance is really pathetic. In my tenure of 2yrs barely I remember i left the office on time. 2. Due to lack of Employees engagement activities employee doesn’t find any motivation to work here. 3. Being government organisation, no initiatives for implementation of new technology or SDLC tools.

Higher Authority dont have any Vission and Mission specially ICTS group. Nepotism and Groups along with Gossips and Suppressing Skillful employees plays a terrible role here under Associate Director to its sub Directors.
