The overall work environment is really good and the people here are always there to help you out.

Dislikes

The HR and admin related activities can take a lot of time and sometimes are unresponsive as well. So, I believe that's something that should be improved.

They have a very lengthy hiring process. They will hire you and run behind you for onboarding but after that you will not be assigned any work. There is no job security. At any time like in one month's time, they can terminate you with all lame excuses.

Company has good work culture, Work life balance will be pretty good when you're experienced and depends on project you work on. 3 days/week for office.(Only for experienced persons). Major dislikes like no change of designation since joining, work life balance will be purely based on project and will be pathetic when you work on some client side projects. No hikes from few years the reason they're saying that only reason due to recession which is not acceptable, why because before recession also there are no hikes. No transport facility.
