Get salary on time only.

Dislikes

Yearly increment getting below the industrial standard & late. Even though working long period you will not getting promotions you have to wait more than 5 year to get one promotion. No getting leave when employee required. Hr are not side of employees. Work culture not good, Red tape like work culture. Managers can humility their employees.

Engineering team is good Head of engineering is good decision maker and very good guidance and problem solving during any type of work in the premises. Exposure given to handle all types of audits with final execution and compliance of audit findings.
