The work pressure is to high. We have to work 10 to 13 hrs a day. We have to attend the concall evening and some times late night also.. I would rate 0% in work life balance.

Security and safe and carring person good AM but not satisfied with TL lot of benifits to learn more and improve oru knowledge and all but it like not satisfied with work it's my opinion...

Low salery but extra timing work mrng 9:30 to night 9o clock it will be taking time to do work in the company lot of pressure no week off given if there is a change to take leave also they will be not giving the leave totally worst experience I have seen in the company.... Not bad that's my point

Everything is a ??. I don't remember even a good thing about this company. One thing is that wherever we go, we can learn about process. Incentives are better but there are issues.

Candidate who got selected for Team lead could be degraded to Telecaller within a month or two and without even considering candidate's growth and career who performed with good numbers by over achieving target on first month. No disciplines and no control. Coc not adhered properly. Pressurising the employees to complete target without allocation of systems or computers. Mobiles are allowed to make calls to customer but could be restricted temporarily according to their needs stating violation and compliance issues. Salary and incentive issue are there. i like the system with they are given and i have used for my professional for paytm customer and i worked in that company.

There is no increment in salary .previous company i woked for 11,000 but i asked for 12,000 .they dint gave .so i came out from that company.
