Company policies are very well. However, I think after some time CDK will be same like BPO types.

Salary - Good
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

1.They are really trying hard to help their employees every which ways. However, their recruitment strategy is very wrong. How can they have two good friends mangers of each other. Obviously in such case you will see favouritism. Example I am team leader and my boss is my ex-colleague. In this situation team will die working hard. They can't go to their super boss if they feel something is wrong. 2. As I said earlier policies are good but they are not effective. Real performance measures are not present. About the promotion, it is already decided who will be promoted. Then accordingly managers are assigning challenging task to the specific team member. So that he can prove himself better. There is no growth after a point. You will do same task again and again. People in US don't care about what is happening with you and what are your expectations.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
