There is work life balance and work pressure is not too high.

There is no job security, arrogant management, no respect is being given to teachers, TGT teachers are made to handle UKG classes, no transport facility for the teachers. Compensation is too less and sometimes it feels like you are working for free. Salary is paid after 20th of the next month. In time of digital age, they still givesalary in cash. Every month 10% of your salary is deducted in the name of security, which will be given back only if you complete 1 year in school. There are no benefits, no PF and no leaves for the teachers. Even if you take one day off in a month your salary will be deducted. Although they promise 2nd Saturday off, but in reality its 6 days working. No trips are organised for the teachers and there is no personality development. Once you are appointed, you have to beg in front of them to get the offer letter.
