Nothing. It's just a Lala company with no ethics defined. No policy nothing. One thing I would say small company will be a small company only.

No proper communication regarding company policy. They will cut your salary because of half an hour late coming without providing information initially. Also if you ask them the reason, you get fired same day because you discussed with HR.
