When I first read the reviews, I was a bit skeptical, but now? Total game-changer. The culture here? It's all about pushing the envelope and smashing those targets together. The leadership? Pure dynamite (under some good directors). They don't just tell you to think outside the box- they practically hand you the scissors to cut the box open! Dual faces, no policy implementation, saying bad about employees at their back… being manipulative all the time. Zero job security, you can be asked to leave without any reason. Nothing. It's just a Lala company with no ethics defined. No policy nothing. One thing I would say small company will be a small company only.

Dislikes

No proper communication regarding company policy. They will cut your salary because of half an hour late coming without providing information initially. Also if you ask them the reason, you get fired same day because you discussed with HR.
