I worked as a Senior Accountant at this company, and I must say it was one of the most disappointing experiences of my professional career. The company is plagued by poor leadership, lack of vision, and a toxic work environment, particularly in the finance and accounts department. The CEO, Naveen Bachkethi, is one of the most incompetent leaders I have ever encountered. He is dishonest, immature, and lacks basic business acumen. His communication skills are abysmal, and he has no sense of leadership or even common sense. Instead of fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment, he thrives on creating unnecessary competition and chaos among employees. His decisions are impulsive and often detrimental to the company's growth, yet he refuses to take responsibility for his failures. The finance and accounts department, which is the backbone of any organization, is completely neglected. Despite being a Senior Accountant, I felt undervalued and overworked, with no support or resources to perform my duties effectively. The department is understaffed, and the management shows no interest in addressing the challenges we faced daily. It’s clear that the company does not prioritize its financial health or the well-being of its employees. If you are considering joining this company, I would strongly advise against it. Working here will only waste your valuable time and hinder your career growth. The toxic culture, poor leadership, and lack of vision make it an unbearable place to work. The CEO, Naveen Bachkethi, should seriously consider resigning for the sake of the company and its remaining employees. Until there is a change in leadership and a shift in how the company values its employees, this organization will continue to struggle and fail to retain talented professionals. No job security at all, and immediate firing, The Company is so stringy it saves money without giving any notice period and time to their folks to search for other alternatives. Shortage of engineers, and folks needed to frequently change the domain due to pressure of management, Developers were asked to test and Testers were told to do development. Semi-trained folks have to handle client projects, without any pre-requisite training, whose interviews are cracked by hired professionals. Favoritism is at its peak. Unrealistic project deadlines by the management, the worst part is that even the CEO of the company involves in micro-management. Needed to work on weekends, also needed to be available at night (US hours) for meetings and daily updates to the CEO, with no compensation for extra work. Seniors misuse their power and position and threaten juniors with job loss by giving a bad review, one of the DevOps leads brags himself saying "Your job is at my mercy". Seniors try to handle multiple clients simultaneously, as they can't do justice to all clients, and on escalations, they handle those mishandled accounts to juniors making them scapegoats, thereby juniors lose their jobs if the clients cancel those mishandled accounts.
