I worked as a Senior Accountant at this company, and I must say it was one of the most disappointing experiences of my professional career. The company is plagued by poor leadership, lack of vision, and a toxic work environment, particularly in the finance and accounts department. The CEO, Naveen Bachkethi, is one of the most incompetent leaders I have ever encountered. He is dishonest, immature, and lacks basic business acumen. His communication skills are abysmal, and he has no sense of leadership or even common sense. Instead of fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment, he thrives on creating unnecessary competition and chaos among employees. His decisions are impulsive and often detrimental to the company's growth, yet he refuses to take responsibility for his failures. The finance and accounts department, which is the backbone of any organization, is completely neglected. Despite being a Senior Accountant, I felt undervalued and overworked, with no support or resources to perform my duties effectively. The department is understaffed, and the management shows no interest in addressing the challenges we faced daily. It’s clear that the company does not prioritize its financial health or the well-being of its employees. If you are considering joining this company, I would strongly advise against it. Working here will only waste your valuable time and hinder your career growth. The toxic culture, poor leadership, and lack of vision make it an unbearable place to work. The CEO, Naveen Bachkethi, should seriously consider resigning for the sake of the company and its remaining employees. Until there is a change in leadership and a shift in how the company values its employees, this organization will continue to struggle and fail to retain talented professionals.
