Role : Business Analyst

Role Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our projects align with organizational goals and deliver value.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Develop detailed functional and technical specifications for projects.

- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.

- Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams.

- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and project planning.

- Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and align stakeholders.

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business case development and workflows.

- Support the testing phase by developing test cases and ensuring requirements are met.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role.

- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping, gap analysis, and root cause analysis.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)

- Hands-on Knowledge of specific tools or software, such as Jira, Linear, etc. is preferred.
