Business Analyst (2-4 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and document business requirements

- Analyze data and recommend solutions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Support testing and system validation

- Create process flow diagrams and documentation

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior.

- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure progress against goals.

- Evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for enhancement.

- Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of improvements.

- Provide insights and solutions to address client challenges and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

- Assist in managing projects related to sales and business development.

- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Coordinate with various departments to support project objectives and deliverables.

Experience & Qualifications :

- 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst

- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities

- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, etc.)

- Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is a plus

- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a software development environment.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

- Proficiency in requirement analysis, documentation, and modeling tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI etc.) and programming languages(R/Python) (Preferred)
