Job Title: IT Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Sales & Marketing Manager to drive the growth and success of our marketing efforts in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire marketing strategy and execution, driving sales, and managing the marketing efforts independently without a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies for IT products and services to achieve business growth targets.
  • Marketing Campaign Management: Design, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, etc.) to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Utilize lead generation techniques, prospecting methods, and sales funnels to convert leads into customers while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and high-quality content for marketing materials, website, and social media platforms to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Brand Positioning & Strategy: Work on brand positioning strategies to distinguish the company from competitors in the IT market and develop messaging that resonates with target customers.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee and manage SEO, SEM, and digital marketing campaigns to enhance online presence and lead generation.
  • Sales Support: Provide necessary marketing support to the sales team by preparing presentations, proposals, and supporting materials.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Regularly track and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring that marketing initiatives deliver a positive ROI.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales and marketing, with a proven track record in driving sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish relationships with clients and partners.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
