One thing i am missing in CBNITS is Outing. Ofcourse, this was restricted just because of Covid and I hope we are resume back to the old days with outings

Good and friendly environment. The teams are good and some of the projects are quite big and has huge learning opportunities.

Even big enterprises has some drawbacks, so is CBNITS ... Better hardwares should be provided, code competitions etc must be there.

No job security at all, and immediate firing, The Company is so stringy it saves money without giving any notice period and time to their folks to search for other alternatives. Shortage of engineers, and folks needed to frequently change the domain due to pressure of management, Developers were asked to test and Testers were told to do development. Semi-trained folks have to handle client projects, without any pre-requisite training, whose interviews are cracked by hired professionals. Favoritism is at its peak. Unrealistic project deadlines by the management, the worst part is that even the CEO of the company involves in micro-management. Needed to work on weekends, also needed to be available at night (US hours) for meetings and daily updates to the CEO, with no compensation for extra work. Seniors misuse their power and position and threaten juniors with job loss by giving a bad review, one of the DevOps leads brags himself saying "Your job is at my mercy". Seniors try to handle multiple clients simultaneously, as they can't do justice to all clients, and on escalations, they handle those mishandled accounts to juniors making them scapegoats, thereby juniors lose their jobs if the clients cancel those mishandled accounts.
