The Company is one to innovation and adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality product. another plus point is that my colleagues come form various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. i do receive appreciation emails form my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisal.

Good work environment. Safety perimeters is good. All employee cooperation is good.

No salary increment and very low salary. Very poor planning in erode plant. No Maintenance support. No encouragement. Machine are not working no Maintenance. Equipment not purchased and low quality equipment only given. Assistant manager behaviour is very worst. No solution for problem. No support.

There is lot of politics. Leads does not have experience in FMCG. Experience in other industries. No career growth. No job clarity given to any people. No job description. Dept heads are arrogant. Filthy language.

CavinKare's Chairman & MD, Mr.Ranganathan is a Visionary and he brings huge dose of energy to employees. He treats them with respect.

Dislikes

If you are coming from an MNC to CavinKare, be ready to face a culture shock, which can damage your peace. You have to report to the office by 9,30am. People at Senior Level are 50+ and live with an old mentality. There is an Employee Quality issue in IT department, which also is heavily understaffed. Bureaucracy is at its high.
