Here its a very good platform to learn and develop yourself. Working like a Assistant manager, i experienced the working of factory head in CMU of parle.

Dislikes

Balance between work time and family time is not upto the mark. Its well known that while working in manufacturing department its hard to balance, although we have to take care of coz its a matter of our personal lifa along with family time.
