Over all rules are good. Employee benefits are nice. Management is easily reachable.

Frequently decisions changed. Hired initially for hybrid role. But asked to come to office. We were fine with it. But again they told to shift to chennai for better growth or any promotion. Eventually you will be forced to move to chennai. And they won’t give you salary hike for job transfer. They expect the expenses to managed at the same way. Too much of cost cutting. Politics in management, low managerial performance by manager, encourage unofficial work to do, unprofessional way of talking and working, brotherhood between ASM and ZM so no point of complaining.
