It’s a growing organisation, so the resources also good opportunity to grow..

Dislikes

Organisation is good, but the Line managers are just like they are forming their groups. Like the top level supervisors are hire their previous company’s staff and they sacked the other resources which they are new to the line managers.. And also currently the line managers in sales channel are indirectly criticised the religion individually and talking like comedy.. The lower level executives and the team leaders are treating like anything.. The line managers are shouting not only business they ill treated their subordinates and also not to relieved them peacefully also.. So, this kind of attitude person kindly the organisation sack the line managers and make the lower level staff have peacefully work.. The company is a good one but so many fishy things are happening so pls notify this and take action.. Thanking all of you.....Read More
