Nothing to be liked about. CPS and CP work together to make sure the employee is not happy working.

Technology CTO - Jitender Sharma fails as a CTO and his assistant Rahul Sharma form a team and lack in leadership. They make sure the employee is Frustrated while working. The tech team is complete RED FLAG and do not support the hiring of the employee. Jitender plays a separate level of politics in the company and kills the chance of employee as a part working. The team working at commerce pundit do not support the employee working with Caterpillar signs and Jitender is sweet on their face and backbitch the CP team entirely. Company atmosphere is terrible because we can’t many our personal life due to daily overtime in shift. And also there no one take care about you in any situation like what over time you do or how you r hard work it’s doesn’t matter for company. Main point is they are manipulating to join employees in contract base firm (LS).
