As of now nothing, i have only received the toxic work culture from manager, where he is just falsely blaming people of random things

Everything as per the project prospective. - The worst manger - No proper work process in the team. - asking to do things without proper agenda - where manger is not agreeing on the changes on the developed code asking to call it as iterations. Lots of things to learn, processes to understand which will help in any job. Work timing flexibility is great.

Dislikes

Slowly decline from good days. From a workload and work culture perspective, CAT is becoming like any other garden variety Indian OEM, overworking us. WFH has completely destroyed the work life balance.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
