Good Head office ambience, Directors devote time with all employees and there was no hierarchy barrier with any employee, Festivals were celebrated nicely, company had some good products to sell.

Severe discrimination & harassment of new employees in terms of salary, working terms, job stability, freedom to work, territory allocation, reporting system, no professional approach, no decision making rights to any one other than director. All goods credit to director, all bads on employees head. No preference to written communication, salary delays, expense reimbursement delays.
