I liked each and every aspect of the company. Right from the work culture, environment, team members, pay structure, pay schedule and most of all our Founder Saurrish Ghosh Sir. I liked each and every aspect of the organization. Saurrish Sir is a gem of a person and a very genuine human being. He treated all of us, including the house keeping members with lot of love, care and compassion. I have learnt a lot of things from him. My job role was to maintain proper liaison with various schools, teachers and other educational institutes. I got my payments on time and I had no problems whatsoever working at Career Toppers. I am truly a fan of Saurrish Sir and his way of conducting the training sessions. I learnt a lot of things from him which I am going to carry forward as assets in my career. His conduct with the house keeping people is something I have never seen before. He guides well. The work culture and environment are very inspiring and conducive to learning. He keeps his words and is very much particular about his dealings with clients/students. He paid me well and more importantly on time. I was extremely happy working with Career Toppers.
