I am a student of St. Xavier's College. I worked for Career Toppers as an Content Strategist Intern for almost six months and my experience with Career Toppers and Saurrish Sir has been very rewarding and enriching. I have learnt a lot of work and process from him. I can say that he is punctual and perfectionist. Always takes the initiative of explaining things very clearly. A good human at heart. One of the best small companies in Kolkata to work for especially for the freshers. I have worked in this organization for almost four years and I have learnt a lot of things during my working tenure. To begin with, Saurrish Ghosh (Founder of Career Toppers) is a man of character and commitment. Work is a process and process is everything has been taught to me by Saurrish Sir in the most comprehensive manner possible. He has shown me that there exists solution to any problem if there is positive intent. I was paid well as compared to the market standards. Saurrish Sir is a perfectionist personified. Not only was I paid well but on time too. I have seen many parents and students appreciated Sir's efforts. To be very honest, I was cent percent content working here at Career Toppers. However, there were few issues on my health front. This compelled me to leave the Organization. I would have otherwise never parted with Career Toppers.
