There is very little work pressure if you have been working sincerely.

People like playing politics and there is a preference given to people from a particular community in promotion and hiring. Promises regarding salaries and promotions are rarely kept. Management is rude and doesn't treat employees, specially those in IT, with much respect. Nobody leaves the company on good term. They are quite mean-spirited and always find something or the other to blame on you, and try to ruin your image with the other employees....Read More

The remuneration is significantly high compared to industry and city. There is bonus which unimaginable but that is the only thing.

Dislikes

Hectic work culture, no balance, only politics, nepotism, favouritism. Filled with all family members of the top management. No policies framework, everything is as per suitability of the moment, whatever seems favourable to the management is final at any situation.

They always says that we don't have politics in our office, but the bitter truth is loyal and hardworking employees are not valued. Lack of transparency in between the employees and the top management. Team leaders always support their favourite members ,not allow to speak what is right just blindly follow what your team leader wants.
