Dislikes

Company is not good or bad but there's senier management is very bad at Noida Location. There is 0% support to There team members and also escalate to senior about Team members working cultural.there is 0% support from BM &, Asm, CSM, also there is Reward policy is not good for employees like DJFM contest,Jfm Contest.i won a activa in 2nd Last DJFM but when I leave the company's then I paid Rs 75000/-. Due to Reward policy Bond with 1 year,at the time of launch the contest there is no any kind of bond policy but the won they'd be bond to employees for 1 year or two year of articles. Very bad experience with this organisation senior at Noida Location....Read More
