The value that the company provides to permanent employees is the same value that contract employees receive.

Dislikes

I don't have any negative points about Capillary Technologies. While some organizations do not provide benefits to contract employees, at Capillary Technologies, there is no distinction; everyone is treated equally. For example, they provide compensation for internet and mobile expenses, as well as goodies and insurance.

The product is good but have questions on reliability.

Dislikes

Poor work-life balance, micromanagement, no proper structure,culture is not great. Your manager will ask you to work late night and expect an update early next day. Workload is very high and won't suggest to anyone. Don't expect KT or any help, they will leave you in the dark. If someone leaves, no replacements are hired and workload just keeps on increasing. Mental health here goes for a toss.

Worst company ever.. Nobody will be there to atleast to guide you even if you are completely new.. People don't reply at all.. Even if you have any doubt related to salary/ product still nobody will answer you

Culture of the company is very good. Always try to make employees happy.

Dislikes

Managers are forcefully asking to work on weekends because they are paying 10% extra. Also they are calling for return to office for 4-1am shift and also not providing the cabs

The work culture used to be open and good earlier. Some of it is still present.

Dislikes

For a company that is all about Loyalty they don't appreciate employee loyalty in anyway. Work loads are consistently increased, when people leave replacements are not hired. There is 0 work life balance, compensation is well below industry standard and there is no recognition for work done. Also, there is an IIT elitist culture here.
