Everything depends on Manager .If your Manager is good and values you then you will definitely grow. My first manager Vimal Sudhan is very good who took my interview and appointed me as a software Engineer in this company.I really learned a lot under his managership.He is very friendly and so all the issues are resolved very quickly.

There is no on job training for freshers which becomes painful sometimes when I have to deliver by coding work immediately .Manager Prakhar Verma always by me used to make changes in current work (as they have no proper plan before and it is due to change in their plan) and therefore at last I left with little work to show for my appraisals.

Poor work-life balance, micromanagement, no proper structure,culture is not great. Your manager will ask you to work late night and expect an update early next day. Workload is very high and won't suggest to anyone. Don't expect KT or any help, they will leave you in the dark. If someone leaves, no replacements are hired and workload just keeps on increasing. Mental health here goes for a toss.
