The product is good but have questions on reliability.

Poor work-life balance, micromanagement, no proper structure,culture is not great. Your manager will ask you to work late night and expect an update early next day. Workload is very high and won't suggest to anyone. Don't expect KT or any help, they will leave you in the dark. If someone leaves, no replacements are hired and workload just keeps on increasing.
