You will be advised to work more than 14 hours to complete your task, They have mental health programs because they know there employees mental health is getting bad day by day. One day they will come and tell you shift to xyz department and if you refused to do so, you are out. Most of the employees habit is to do politics, I believe they train people how to become politician in the future.

There is no job security, whenever company profits go down they fire people without prior notice. They also give 0% or 1% appraisal to employees and cut their variable pay up to 40-50%.

Dislikes

Each one is bombarded with a lot of work. The company is always short-staffed as good and talented people leave the company because of dissatisfaction. They will call you on phone on weekends and on holidays and will tell you to work.
