Nothing I liked about the company

1st thing this not a company this is consultancy,,, leads & managers are not professional full of micro management... From my team jan to till jun 10 ppl joined and 6 left including me and my team manager.... Worst company ever I worked... They are keeping more than 50% to 80% margins from clients and paying very less salary to candidates... Overall, I have worked in this company for over 11 years (got transferred to multiple locations). What I liked the most is senior management, you can directly reach out to partners for your concerns (I have done that on multiple occasions). It may or may not be that all your concerns are addressed immediately, but they make sure that they listen and take an effort to fix. Work life balance is dedendent on project, so have had some where it was good while some where we had to stretch. Compensation and hikes are good in comparison to competitors....Read More

Dislikes

What I didn't like is some mid level management who think that they are bigger than company. A couple of directors are rude to the core, if you can fight it out, its good or stay away from that project.

Post Wipro take over the company yearly hike is below 7 percent, you will be assigned to a project of duration of 3 to 6 months which make learning path difficult. When your client is happy Capco Management will say you do not have viability in day to day Capco work.
