The work culture is not good. Till now many supervisor gives preference to their own people and those are not based on the skill set. Recruitment, no proper training was given to employee. Management, specially few people need to think that though some of them work in lower designation but still they are human and treat accordingly.here the sr. Absolutely nothing , we feel we have been cursed that we got such a company to work with . It’s a BPO who aspires to be an IT company by following BPO procedures and policies . Their name showcases they are an IT company but it’s not . It’s a BPO . Beware of this and act accordingly
