Pressurizing for computing task not giving required leaves for some important work or some family issue we have to request them for twice and thrice threatening if we came late or take unplan leaves after completing work also they are not convinced they want more from us as if we are robot sometimes not even leaves for lunch if we don't complete Target they make us work after shift also sometimes for they are benefits whatever we do however we work how much efforts we put that is never enough for them that always assistant manager and directing manager screaming about the targets and all during phone calls indirectly irritating and interrupting sometimes customers also say that you are a fraud because of so much noise on the floor customer saying that call centres are not so noisy and we wont share documents directly to the executive that we have not sure about....Read More
