Management are very careless about the staff they don't worry about staff when we tell about our problems.. The way they work is only they look for them self.. When we got some problems in our salary or getting less according to the business even we expected more . we thought they will know them self and they will organize it... Butthey never did it... And one more thing when we complain about our troubles in our work place they reply us only OK i will but they never do..the management are very scare to speak about our problems with managing director even if they have right also even we all staff with him still he is!!!! .. Kind of this type management will put in trouble to all the staff .. Etc etc etc. I have so much more to say about cafe noir but I wll close from here.thank you.. If I rude sorry..
