there is no salary increment and no hygienic like fumigation on time and spying from camera keep on fine to working without knowing a proper reason and if there is any repair on cafe mechine it's too late to solve the problem.

I had a very frustrating experience working at Cafe Coffee Day Guwahati. There is no work-life balance, and the lack of fixed days off makes it difficult to have any personal time. The salary is low, and employees are often treated poorly by management, feeling more like servants than valued team members.(Iam telling about only guwahati cafes) The expectation to work beyond scheduled hours without any overtime pay is exhausting. Additionally, there’s little to no recognition of festivals or celebrations, which takes away from the sense of community in the workplace. Company overall environment is not good. Too many leavers. Operations revolves Too much around shrinkage control practices only instead focus on business growing strategies and there is huge gap between front end team working on ground level and the senior management.
