Everything. My manager made me feel like s**t. There was no work-life balance. My manager used to make us sit after 6 even if there was no work just to assert his dominance. There are limited learning opportunities but the higher management is very understanding and supportive. You will get very good work-life balance but the conveyance policy needs to be updated. Overall it will be a good experience.
