My overall experience was very good at cadila because cadila was my first company in my carrier and i learnt so many things at cadila. I got important practical knowledge from my seniors and managers. My all seniors were very supportive and helping hand nature type person.

Cadila campus is very good because of garden, temple and Indian flag on site. Canteen facilities also good.

Dislikes

I don't judge Management, police, politics, culture but No job security.

My Career start from here. Machine, equipment and man power is slightly towards to upgrade, but can't evaluate properly. SOPs and Documents must be update.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City, Travel Within Country, International Travel.

If you want to learn and want Work life balance at the same time then it is perfect company for you.

Dislikes

If you want good salary and secured job then it is not possible here. They will give you the salary you want on papers at the time of joining. But later on they start deducting it. And you may be fired anytime.
