1.Growth nd onsite opportunity 2.minimum 12 percent hikes 3.Covid times supported employees by giving at least 15 percent hikes 4. Company growth is very good and most clients are from South east Asia 5.Team mates are supportive for most of the projects.

Product based company so similar kind of work. Since Insurance based clients so have to support on month ends which sometimes is hectic

Had on-site opportunity earlier but due to covid on-site opportunity is not available had wonderful time working onsite in c2l as a business analyst u have to configure product as per the requirement

Every worst situation one can think he would experience it here. The management, HR and their policies are the worst in the industry. They are inhumane. Even the salary is below the industry standards. They think that their HR practices and policies are the best in the industry, but it is the worst. They never consider their employees’ opinion. No lateral transfers allowed. They say their is huge growth, but the growth is negligible. The management and HRs are least bothered for the employees. And they are very rude.
