Its good for fresher as its gets lot of exposure for learning. Onsite opportunities are also there. Managers are also good to which i have come across. Great place to work.

Dislikes

Management should listen to the concern orissues raise by the eemployees sitting on client side. Open discussion should be there between managers and employee.

Dislikes

The management & HR policies are worst there no standardization. Even the same designation has no equal policy. It can vary from person to person. They never consider their employee's opinions. Managers here are only to assign work, but they can't decide their team members' performance well or bad. They are like robots.

Old technologies, if joining for ruby then do not join. C2L use completely different framework which is not being used by any company. No technical growth for ruby developers. Lots of salary deductions.

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
