The company environment is good. Especially all the leadership members and managers are helping and supportive and are always open to have a chat. There is good transparency from the leadership about the state of the organisation.

Dislikes

Compensation is not up to the mark and same with the appraisals when compared with increase in living expenses in and around the city. There isn't enough push into AI inside the organisation. The company culture is good . The staff is friendly and the whole atmosphere is very nice . All the senior engineers and leadership members are friendly.

Dislikes

The salary and other benefits are not up to the mark. They only hire freshers as interns and train them for a long period of time and they are put into contractors and then full time employees. The whole process consumes a lot of time and during the internship they will teach us the stack instead of putting us in projects
