The company culture is good . The staff is friendly and the whole atmosphere is very nice . All the senior engineers and leadership members are friendly.

Dislikes

The salary and other benefits are not up to the mark. They only hire freshers as interns and train them for a long period of time and they are put into contractors and then full time employees. The whole process consumes a lot of time and during the internship they will teach us the stack instead of putting us in projects

Likes

The company environment is good. Especially all the leadership members and managers are helping and supportive and are always open to have a chat. There is good transparency from the leadership about the state of the organisation.

Dislikes

Compensation is not up to the mark and same with the appraisals when compared with increase in living expenses in and around the city. There isn't enough push into AI inside the organisation. Although almost all of the managers are very supportive and helpful, there are a few who find it amusing to micromanage and have no idea about work life balance leading to having a stressful and almost traumatic experience while working under them.

Likes

Learned the fine art of waiting indefinitely with zero updates. Got exclusive access to youtube tutorials- because who needs real training? HR's disappearing act was truly impressive. Enjoyed the thrill of guessing my own joining date. Witnessed a textbook example of corporate incompetence firsthand.

Dislikes

Unprofessional and Unresponsive HR team. Last minute rejections after months of waiting and self learning. Lack of transparency in selection process.
