Likes
The Company has no hierarchy & the entire senior team is very approachable. There is lot of time & resources allocated towards training, hence makes you market ready. Company also takes care of wellbeing of the employees.

Likes
There were lots to learn and grow. The area of increasing our knowledge was more and would have been great if Bytedance was in business.
Dislikes
There is nothing as such which I say I disliked. Also, it was too early to say anything.
Work Details
My work as CRM Manager was more wider and broader than the name has. It was focussing on Sales and CRM and acting as a support for the main tool. Every day was new work a new task and a new challenge which made the work more interesting.
